Terms
The terms, plainly.
What WIRE does, what it does not do, and what you take on when you use it.
What WIRE is
WIRE is a launchpad. It lets anyone create a pump.fun token on Solana mainnet for another person, who is identified only by a public X profile. It keeps a public ledger of the creator fees each coin's fee vault has received for that person.
WIRE is not a bank, a payment institution, an exchange, a broker or a wallet. This site holds no bank accounts and sends no bank transfers.
Launching a coin
- You pay the exact total on your funding invoice, once, from your own wallet. The invoice lists your optional initial buy, the network budget and the service fee before you pay.
- The recipient, the coin details and the wallet for tokens and refunds are fixed when the invoice is created and cannot be changed afterwards.
- Tokens from an initial buy and unused budget are sent only to the wallet on the invoice. A small amount of SOL stays in the launch wallet to cover its later transactions.
- An invoice can be cancelled until creation starts. Unfunded invoices expire. Anything deposited to a cancelled or expired invoice is returned to the wallet on the invoice, less network fees.
- On-chain transactions are final. Sending the wrong amount, or sending after the window has closed, can delay or prevent a launch.
Naming a person
- You are responsible for the coin you launch and for who you name. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not suggest that the named person created, endorses or is affiliated with the coin unless that is true.
- WIRE does not verify the X profile you enter and never presents a profile as verified.
- Do not upload images or text you have no right to use, or that are unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. Coins may be removed from this site's listings; that does not remove a token from the chain.
Fees and the ledger
- Creator fees are set by the underlying protocol, not by WIRE, and depend entirely on trading. There may be none.
- The ledger counts only transfers that are final in the fee vault, in exact lamports. A figure shown on this site is a record of SOL received. It is not a bank balance, a debt or a promise of a particular sum.
Unclaimed fees and WIRE buybacks
Creator fees that remain unclaimed for more than 14 days after collection are used to buy back the WIRE coin. The window applies separately to each collection, not to the age of the coin. Fees used for buybacks are no longer available for recipient payouts. Collected-fee totals are historical totals and do not represent a remaining claimable balance.
Bank payouts
- Payouts are sent automatically each week by the payout system after recipient verification and bank setup. The operator handles identity checks and banking.
- The amount in bank currency is determined at payout. This site quotes no exchange rates.
- Bank payouts support North America and Europe, subject to bank eligibility. A payout may be delayed, reduced by costs and taxes, or unavailable where the law or a bank does not allow it.
- A payout request starts recipient verification and bank setup. "Request received" does not mean a claim was approved or paid.
Your information
- This site sets one session cookie so that your draft, your invoices and your inquiry belong to your browser. It uses no trackers and loads nothing from third parties.
- A payout request stores the X profile you entered and your contact email. The email is stored encrypted and is visible only to the operator. Inquiries are never listed publicly.
- Do not send bank account numbers or identity documents through this site. It does not ask for them.
- Coin metadata and the recipient’s public profile are published. On-chain launch and transfer records, including wallet addresses, are public and permanent.
Risk
Tokens launched here are highly speculative, can lose all of their value and may be restricted where you live. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. The software is provided as is, without warranty, and you use it at your own risk.
